Equity Builders of S.M.L. Inc. is a family operated full service construction based business owned by Joe and Betty Bidwell. Equity Builders is a Class A fully insured business in Southwest Virginia. Our range of work covers both residential and commercial projects. Unique to the majority of general contractors around the greater Smith Mountain Lake area, Equity Builders owns and operates a fleet of large equipment including: excavators, bull dozers, loaders, trenchers, trucks, cranes, lifts, compaction equipment, hydro seeders, pavers as well as concrete forms. Because we own the equipment, rather than renting it, we are able to fully control job site scheduling, and most importantly, quality. Equity Builders maintains a hands process through your entire building project, scrutinizing every aspect of the building process. We work with our customers and we are always available to immediately address any concerns or changes on the job. We believe that the three most important aspects on any job are responsibility, integrity and quality...Equity Builders will always deliver on all three. We generate results, not excuses.
