 Joe and his team built my retirement home in 2008.  2400 Sq feet plus full basement. Poured 10" concrete walls in the basement and 2x6 stud walls and 12" rafters.  We had Equity Builders of SML do some road work to our gravel driveway  two years ago and recently hired them again to install a drain to the  driveway and surface treat 135 feet of a portion of the gravel driveway  with tar and chip. The pricing is fair and we are very pleased with the  work.
